Cherrabah Capers started in November 1989 by the DC at that time. It originally started as a fun weekend for the Scout Sections of the Cunningham District. In 1990 it was decided to invite the Cub Scout Section to become involved for the Sunday activities. In 1991 Cherrabah Capers was opened to all sections on the Downs and the Cub Scout Day was changed to the Saturday. Since then it was opened to all Groups from anywhere. In 1999 it was decided that Bronze, Silver and Gold medals be awarded for places in all Cherrabah Challenge events. In 2001 the name was changed to Cunningham Capers.
This is a chance to have a fun competition style day (similar to Cub Scout Challenge) but with water added. Don't miss it.
